The exhibitions organized by the Belvedere together with the LENTOS Museum in Linz took place in parallel in 2011: one in Vienna and one in Linz. The exhibition in Vienna was deliberately not structured chronologically and presented VALIE EXPORT’s conceptual way of working with a focus on her performative installations. VALIE EXPORT also developed a new work especially for the Belvedere: Die Doppelgängerin, an approximately 4.5-meter-high figure made of aluminum that was installed in the museum’s garden. We offer our customers from the museum sector versatile support in exhibition planning/organization: Showcase construction and decoration construction, lighting, detailed planning, art transport and object assembly are our specialty.
